Most fruits and vegetables are, however, high in vitamin A and C. Smoothies also help you consume a lot of healthy ingredients without even realizing it.

- 1 cup of organic green vegetable (ex. Spinach or bok choy)
- 1/2 of organic celery stick
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 1/2 organic cucumber
- 1 peeled lemon
- 1/2-1 banana (depending how sweet you want it)
- 2 cups of water
